Guiding Emotional Healing Beyond Belief, With Compassion and Truth.

As a grief coach and guide, I’ve spent over six years helping individuals process their grief through the Grief Recovery Method. Grief touches all of us in various forms—whether through the loss of a loved one, the end of a relationship, or even intangible losses like the loss of trust or faith. My work is rooted in helping people discover and express the emotional truths behind their grief, moving from pain to healing.

Inclusive Community

Love Wins

I specialize in one-on-one and group grief support, creating a compassionate and non-judgmental space for people to process their grief. Together, we’ll walk through a proven framework designed to help you understand your grief, express your emotional truths, and begin the journey toward healing.

Grief is not something you “get over.” Instead, it becomes a part of you. My approach helps you treat and interact with these parts in ways that nurture your well-being and allow you to move forward in a healthier way.

The Grief Recovery Method

The Grief Recovery Method is not about quick fixes or moving on from grief. It’s a process of uncovering and expressing emotional truths, which often remain hidden beneath layers of avoidance, societal expectations, or even fear. This method gives you the tools to address your grief in a meaningful way, through a series of assignments that encourage deep emotional exploration.

Key Steps:

  • Acknowledge Your Emotions: No one knows how you feel except you. My role is to guide you through the process of recognizing and expressing your unique emotional experience.

  • Express the Unsaid: Through structured assignments, we’ll work together to identify and express the emotional truths that have been buried or left unsaid.

  • Completion, Not Closure: Completion is not about forgetting your grief; it’s about finding a way to move forward by honoring your emotional experience.

Commitment to the Process

The work I guide is intense, requiring a deep commitment to complete three core assignments. These assignments are not just tasks to be checked off—they require full engagement and expression. The number one reason people don’t complete the process is pretending to engage without fully committing. This work requires more than saying you’ve done it; it requires fully experiencing and expressing your grief.

Why This Process Works

When you work through grief in this way, you are no longer held back by the weight of unexpressed pain. The Grief Recovery Method allows you to process your loss, express your emotional truth, and ultimately reconnect with a life that feels meaningful and true.

Join the Journey

Grief is a natural response to loss, and you don’t have to navigate it alone. Whether through individual guidance or group sessions, I invite you to explore your grief in a compassionate space that allows healing and growth. Together, we’ll honor your experiences, uncover your truths, and move toward a place of peace and understanding.
